On April 7th, Neighborhood Villages hosted a virtual conversation in partnership with Strategies for Children to talk about a key budget priority for families, educators, and early education providers across the Commonwealth: the Massachusetts Commonwealth Cares for Children (C3) Stabilization Grant program.
